Downstairs is the fun: a game room with a pool table, a Pac-Man arcade, and a bar. Out back, a cedar barrel sauna and a hot tub wait under the pines.

And the water's the headline — a private dock onto the boatable Sugar Camp Chain, five lakes you can explore all day.

The Grandy Dandy sits on the boatable Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes — a full recreational chain with a private dock right out back. Launch your own boat at the public ramp nearby off County Highway D.

The fishing's the real draw: walleye, musky, northern pike, largemouth & smallmouth bass, and panfish. Bring the kayaks and paddleboards out to explore the quiet channels.
